The CDP will no longer provide annual mammogram rescreenings for existing CDP patients under 50. The exceptions for women under 50 and already enrolled in CDP are:

- Women who have an abnormality detected will remain in the program until a final diagnosis is made and treatment, if needed, is started.
- Women who ended in a short term follow-up in 2009, and need a mammogram (CDP will only provide this once more).
- Women who didn’t finish a cycle in 2009 (i.e., ended in a breast exam only) and need a mammogram (CDP will only provide this once more).
