13 Sep Kheir Clinic Awarded 5 Quality Awards by Federal Health Resources and Services Administration
Monday, September 13, 2021— Kheir Clinic is proud to announce that we were awarded five Community Health Quality Recognition Awards from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) for making notable quality achievements in the areas of access, health equity, and health information technology. New COVID-19 awards were also introduced in 2021 to recognize contributions by Community Health Centers like Kheir Clinic in the areas of COVID-19 vaccination, testing, and data collection.
Kheir Clinic was honored with the following awards:
HEALTH CENTER QUALITY LEADER, SILVER
Kheir was among the top 20% of all Community Health Centers in the nation in clinical quality measure performance.
COVID-19 VACCINATIONS
Kheir was recognized for administering COVID-19 vaccines to more than 70% of our 2020 patient population. Only 12% of Community Health Centers in the nation received this award.
COVID-19 DATA REPORTER
Kheir is among the top 30% of Community Health Centers nationwide who received this distinction for providing critical weekly updates to HRSA on COVID-19 data measures.

Kheir is a Community Health Center leader in Health Information Technology (HIT) services that advance telehealth, patient engagement, interoperability, and social determinants of health.
