Kheir Center to welcome hundreds at Holiday Toy Giveaway; Asm. Miguel Santiago to attend & speak
December 19 event will serve diverse Koreatown residents, promoting unity and celebration
Assemblymember Miguel Santiago will attend Kheir Centerās annual Holiday Toy Giveaway on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at 2pm to greet and celebrate with families. More than 200 attendees are expected at the event, which will include free toy giveaways, pictures with Santa and the Assemblymember, crafts, and free consultations on health program enrollment and free and affordable primary care services at Kheir Clinics. With one of the most diverse patient populations in Los Angeles County, Kheir expects a wide variety of cultural representation at the event, including families from the Korean American, Latino and Bangladeshi communities. The event not only celebrates the holiday season, but also promotes friendship and unity among the diverse communities in Kheirās service area.

PARKING:
- Onsite parking lot: located behind Kheir’s building (entrance on Harvard, just north of 6th Street).
- If the Kheir lot is full: additional parking is available at the St. Basil Catholic Church parking lot, located on Harvard Blvd, between 6th Street and Wilshire Blvd. It is a short walk (2-3 minutes). Please note that the lot accepts cash only and Kheir is not able to validate. Thank you for your understanding.
